Classes are £5 for individual sessions, £10 all access weekly pass or £40 all access monthly pass.
– Calisthenics (body weight strength sessions) Tuesday and Thursday at 6.45-7.15pm.
A 30 minute session using bodyweight only, specific large muscle group strengthening, stretch and mobility. Tuesday is upper body (I’ve got your back) Thursday lower body (Leg Day)
– Morning LIFT! is on Tuesday and Thursdays at 7am and lasts 30-40 minutes.
– Clubbercise is a rave in your living room, with glow sticks and club anthems for a workout that doesn’t feel like a workout. Mondays at 6pm and Thursdays at 8.15pm
– Outdoor Boot Camp will be back after Lockdown!
